ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ହେଲଥ କାର୍ଡ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କଲା ବିଜେପି । ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଜେପି ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ପାଦିକା ଲେଖାଶ୍ରୀ ସାମନ୍ତସିଂହାର ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି, ୪ ମାସ ଭିତରେ ୧ କୋଟି ୮୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବା ମିଳିଛି ବୋଲି ସରକାର ହିସାବ ରଖୁଛନ୍ତି ।
ଆଗାମୀ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଓ ପୌର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବିଜେଡିର ଏଭଳି ଘୋଷଣା ତୁଚ୍ଛା ଭେଳିକି ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ବିରୋଧୀ। ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଜେପି ଓବିସି ସେଲ୍ ମୁଖ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଏହା ପଛୁଆବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ନୁହେଁ ବରଂ ବିଜେଡି ନେତାଙ୍କୁ ଥଇଥାନ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଜନା। ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରକୃତ ପଛୁଆବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ସାମ୍ବିଧାନିକ ଅଧିକାରରୁ ବିଜେଡି ସରକାର ବଞ୍ଚିତ କରିଆସିଛି।
