ମୁମ୍ବାଇ: ଭାରତୀୟ ନୌସେନାରେ ସାମିଲ ହେଲା INS ଭେଲା । ମୁମ୍ବାଇର ମାଜଗା ଡକ୍ ସିପ୍ ବିଲ୍ଡର୍ସ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ନାଭାଲ୍ ଗ୍ରୁପ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି ସହାୟତାରେ ଏହା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । MDL ଦ୍ୱାରା ର୍ନିମିତ ସ୍କର୍ପିଅନ ଢାଞ୍ଚାର ୬ଟି ବୁଡଜାହାଜ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଭେଲା ଅନ୍ୟତମ । ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ପରେ ଆଜି INS ଭେଲାକୁ ଲଞ୍ଚ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ମେ ୨୦୧୯ରେ ଭାରତ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଏହାକୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲା । ଶତ୍ରୁ ସହିତ ମୁକାବିଲା କରିବାରେ INS ଭେଲା ଏହାର ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କ୍ଷମତା ପାଇଁ ପରିଚିତ । ଏହି ଡିଜେଲ-ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ୍ ସ୍କର୍ପିନ୍ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ବୁଡ଼ାଜାହାଜ ଆଣ୍ଟି-ସର୍ଫେସ୍ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ, ଆଣ୍ଟି-ସବ୍-ମ୍ୟାରିନ୍ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ, ଗୁଇନ୍ଦା ତଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗ୍ରହ, ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ ଭଳି ଅନେକ ମିଶନକୁ ରୂପ ଦେଇପାରେ । ଏଥିରେ ଟପ ସାଇଲେନ୍ସିଂ ଟେକନିକ୍, ନିମ୍ନ ବିକିରଣ ଶବ୍ଦସ୍ତର, ହାଇଡ୍ରୋ-ଡାଇନାମିକ୍ ଆକୃତି, ଗାଇଡେଡ୍ ଅସ୍ତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ଶତ୍ରୁ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଲାଭଳି ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ ନୌସେନା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହାକୁ ଆତ୍ମର୍ନିଭର ଭାରତର ଏକ ଉଦାହରଣ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି ।
