Farmers in Digapahandi Block queued from 6 AM at the Chowdhury Tikarpada Seva Cooperative Society to receive the much-awaited fertilizer (Saar). Although the fertilizer had been available for a week, it had not been distributed, causing tension and excitement among the farming community.
