A developing weather system over the South Andaman Sea is gradually intensifying and is expected to become a depression over the central Bay of Bengal by tomorrow. Within the next 48 hours, it may further strengthen into a cyclone, according to meteorologists. Another low-pressure zone may also form in the Bay.
