Preparations Underway for President Droupadi Murmu's Puri Visit on February 3

Special arrangements are being made for President Droupadi Murmu's scheduled visit to Puri on February 3. She will offer prayers at Sri Jagannath Temple and perform pinda daan at Swarga Ganga. On February 4, a dedicated corridor will be maintained between the temple and Swarga Ganga. The Jay Bijay door will open at 4 AM, and only designated servitors will be allowed inside the temple during her visit, with restrictions on other devotees. Prior to Puri, the President will also visit Yajpur for darshan of Maa Biraja and perform rituals at Nabhigaya. A coordination meeting was held today to finalize security and protocol.
