ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଚାନ୍ଦବାଲି ବ୍ଲକ ଅଧିନସ୍ଥ ସୁନ୍ଦରପୁର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଦୋହରା ପାଟଣା ଓ ଖଟୁଆ ପାଟଣା ଗାଁରେ ଗତ ୧୫ ଦିନରେ ମଲେଣି ୨୦ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ମଇଁଷି । ମଇଁଷିଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଫଳରେ ଗୋପାଳଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୟର ବାତାବରଣ ଖେଳିଯିବା ସହ ମଇଁଷି ହରାଇଥିବା ଚାଷୀମାନେ ଏବେ ଦୁଃଖରେ ଦିନ କାଟୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏପରି ସମସ୍ୟା ବାବଦରେ ପ୍ରଶାସନକୁ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ନିରବଦ୍ରଷ୍ଟା ସାଜିଛି । ଯାହାକୁ ନେଇ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ମଇଁଷିକୁ ନେଇ ଜୀବିକା ନିର୍ବାହ କରୁଥିବା ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ମଡ଼କ ଚିନ୍ତାରେ ପକାଇଛି ।

More than 20 buffaloes have died over the last 15 days in Dohara Patana and Khatua Patana villages under Sundarpur Panchayat of Chandabali Block in Bhadrak district. The incident has created fear among cattle-rearing farmers, with many families now struggling after losing their livestock-based livelihood.

Farmers have alleged that despite informing the administration about the situation, no action has been taken so far. The continued silence of the authorities has further added to the anxiety and distress of the affected families.
