ସମ୍ବଲପୁରରେ ବଡ଼ ଧରଣର କଫ୍ ସିରପ୍ ରାକେଟର ପର୍ଦ୍ଦାଫାସ। ୫ ହଜାର ଶହେ ବୋତଲ କଫ୍ ସିରପ୍ ଜବତ କଲା ବରେଇପାଲି ପୋଲିସ। ମାମଲାରେ ବନ୍ଧାହେଲେ ୨୦ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ। କଟକରୁ ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଚୋରାଚାଲାଣ ବେଳେ ଧରାପଡ଼ିଲା ବଡ଼ ରାକେଟ୍। ଗୋଟିଏ କାର୍ ଓ ପିକଅପ୍ ଭ୍ୟାନରେ ଚାଲାଣ ହେଉଥିଲା କଫ୍ ସିରପ୍। ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କଠାରୁ ୪୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଜବତ ହୋଇଛି।

In a significant crackdown, Sambalpur police have dismantled a large-scale cough syrup smuggling operation. On a tip-off, authorities intercepted a consignment en route from Cuttack to Sambalpur, uncovering 5,000 bottles of illicit cough syrup concealed in a car and a pickup van. The operation led to the arrest of 20 individuals involved in the racket. Additionally, police seized ₹40,000 in cash from the accused.
