Forest Department Conducts Major Raid on Six Illegal Sawmills in Puri’s Nimapada

ପୁରୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ନିମାପଡ଼ା ତୁଳସୀପୁରଠାରେ ଥିବା ୬ଟି ବେଆଇନ କରତକଳ ଉପରେ ବନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକକାଳୀନ ଚଢାଉ । ଲକ୍ଷାଧିକ ଟଙ୍କାର ଯନ୍ତ୍ରାଂଶ ଓ କାଠ ଜବତ । ଜବତ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରାଂଶ ଓ କାଠର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଲକ୍ଷାଧିକ ଟଙ୍କାର ହେବ । ନିମାପଡ଼ା ଓ ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଛତୁ ଫୁଟିବା ଭଳି ବେଆଇନ କରତକଳ ଗଢି ଉଠୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ପାଇ ଆଜି ଭୋରରୁ ପୁରୀ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀ ଡିଭିଜନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ଚଢ଼ାଉ ହୋଇଛି । ଚଢାଉରେ କୋଣାର୍କ, ଅସ୍ତରଙ୍ଗ, ଗୋପ, ବାଲୁଖଣ୍ଡ ଓ ବ୍ରହ୍ମଗିରିର ରେଞ୍ଜରମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ୧୦୦ରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଫରେଷ୍ଟର, ଗାର୍ଡ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।
The Forest Department carried out a simultaneous raid on six illegal sawmills located at Tulashipur under Nimapada in Puri district. During the operation, machinery and timber worth several lakhs of rupees were seized.
