Union Home Minister Amit Shah interacted with Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel during the 57th CISF Raising Day celebration at Mundali in Cuttack, Odisha. Addressing the event as the chief guest, Shah praised the dedication and courage of CISF jawans who serve the nation in challenging and high-risk situations. He highlighted the role played by CISF personnel in maintaining security and tackling difficult conditions, including operations related to Naxal suppression and other critical security duties. The Home Minister lauded their commitment to national security and said the country remains proud of the force’s service and sacrifice. The ceremony marked the foundation day celebration of the CISF, where the contribution of the force and its personnel was formally recognised.
