The Mukhyamantri (Chief Minister) pressed a remote switch to initiate the transfer of financial assistance under the Subhadra scheme, after which ₹5,000 was credited directly to the bank accounts of beneficiaries. The amount was transferred instantly through Direct Benefit Transfer, bringing immediate relief and support to the registered beneficiaries. Under the Subhadra Yojana, eligible women receive financial assistance totalling ₹50,000 over five years, paid in annual instalments of ₹10,000 in two phases of ₹5,000 each directly to their bank accounts.
