In a major development following the jailbreak incident at Cuttack’s Choudwar Jail, two warders, including the Chief Warder, have been suspended for negligence of duty. The action came after two prisoners managed to escape by cutting the iron rods of their separate cells. They used blankets twisted into ropes to scale the boundary wall.
