ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଗଲେ ପିସିସି ସଭାପତି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ହାଇକମାଣ୍ଡଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବେ ପିସିସି ସଭାପତି ଭକ୍ତ ଦାସ । ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଆସନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଦେବ କଂଗ୍ରେସ, ଏନେଇ ୫ ନାଁକୁ ନେଇ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ହାଇକମାଣ୍ଡଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା ହେବ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ପ୍ରଫେସର ପ୍ରଭାସ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ, ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ପିକେ ରାୟ, ଲଳିତ ମାନସିଙ୍ଗ, ଡାକ୍ତର ସୁବ୍ରତ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ, ଡାକ୍ତର ଦତେଶ୍ୱର ହୋତାଙ୍କ ଭଳି ନାଁକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଭାବେ ଅଗ୍ରାଧିକାର ଦିଆଯିବ। ବିଜେଡି ସମଦୂରତା ରଖୁ କିନ୍ତୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସ୍ବାର୍ଥ ପାଇଁ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରୁ ବୋଲି କହି ପୁଣି ଥରେ ବିଜେଡିର ସହାୟତା ମାଗିଛନ୍ତି ପିସିସି ସଭାପତି।

Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) President Bhakta Charan Das has left for New Delhi to hold discussions with the Congress high command regarding the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections. He said deliberations will be held over the party’s candidate for the fourth Rajya Sabha seat from Odisha.

According to him, five names will be discussed with the central leadership, including economist Prof. Prabhat Patnaik, advocate P.K. Ray, Lalit Mansingh, Dr. Subrata Acharya and Dr. Datteshwar Hota. He stated that priority will be given to these names during consultations.

The PCC President also appealed to the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) to maintain equidistance but support the Congress candidate in the interest of the state. He once again sought the BJD’s backing for the Rajya Sabha election.
