The countdown for the Barabati cricket clash has begun with players from both Team India and South Africa arriving in Bhubaneswar. The teams received a warm welcome on the red carpet, accompanied by traditional tribal dance performances, reflecting Odisha’s cultural hospitality.

Both teams are scheduled to visit Barabati Stadium on Monday for net practice ahead of the match. Meanwhile, the curator has already inspected the stadium’s red-soil pitch as preparations intensify.

The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) has informed that Chief Minister Mohan Majhi is likely to be present at the stadium on the 9th and watch the entire match from the stands.
