Three visually impaired young women from Mayurbhanj — Parbati, Basanti, and Jamuna — have brought glory to India by becoming part of the World Cup–winning blind women’s cricket team. Despite losing their eyesight due to accidents, they never gave up on their dreams and trained with determination to excel in cricket. Coming from humble tribal farming families, their achievement has filled their parents and communities with immense pride.
