Yatra Actor Piyush Tripathy Skips Bhubaneswar Court, Submits Stand Through Lawyer

ଯାତ୍ରା ଅଭିନେତା ପୀୟୂଷ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ-ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମନ୍ଦିର ପ୍ରମୋଦ ସ୍ୱାଇଁଙ୍କ ଯାତ୍ର ମଞ୍ଚ ବିବାଦ ଘଟଣାରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର କୋର୍ଟରେ ହାଜର ହେଲେନି ପୀୟୂଷ। ତେବେ ନିଜ ଓକିଲଙ୍କ ଜରିଆରେ ଆଜି କୋର୍ଟରେ ସେ ନିଜ ପକ୍ଷ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ସିଭିଲ କୋର୍ଟ ଜୁନିୟର ଡିଭିଜନ କୋର୍ଟରେ ପକ୍ଷ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ପୀୟୂଷଙ୍କ ଓକିଲ ବିଭୁ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ। କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ କ୍ରମେ ହାଜର ହୋଇ ପକ୍ଷ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ପୀୟୂଷଙ୍କୁ ରହିଥିଲା ନିର୍ଦେଶ । ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟମନ୍ଦିର ନାଟ୍ୟ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ସହ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷିଆ ଚୁକ୍ତି ଖିଲାପ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ପ୍ରଯୋଜକ ପ୍ରମୋଦ ସ୍ୱାଇଁ କୋର୍ଟର ଆଶ୍ରୟ ନେଇଥିଲେ। କୋର୍ଟ ପୀୟୂଷ ମଞ୍ଚ ଚଢ଼ି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଏନେଇ ଆଜି କୋର୍ଟରେ ହାଜର ହେବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

Yatra actor Piyush Tripathy did not appear in person before the Bhubaneswar Court in connection with the Yatra stage dispute involving Suryamandir Natya Anushthan and its producer Pramod Swain. Instead, Piyush placed his stand before the court through his lawyer. The matter was heard at the Civil Court, Junior Division, where his counsel Bibhu Tripathy represented him, as per the court’s direction.

The court had earlier directed Piyush Tripathy to appear and present his side. However, on the scheduled date, his lawyer appeared on his behalf and submitted the defence. The case relates to alleged violation of a two-year agreement with Suryamandir Natya Anushthan.
