The traditional Pushyabhisheka ceremony of the Puri Gajapati Maharaja was held today at the Srinaara in Puri with grand rituals and customs. On this auspicious occasion, the Gajapati Maharaja formally ascended the throne and was ceremonially anointed.

A special ritual ceremony was organised at Srinaara, where sacred invocations were performed and prayers were offered for the peace, prosperity, and welfare of the state. The age-old traditions were observed in the presence of priests and dignitaries, reflecting Odisha’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
