Two young men, Rajesh Oram and Ranjit Oram, were arrested by the Excise Department in Odisha for allegedly cultivating ganja (cannabis) near their homes, police said; officials seized about 1.5 quintals (150 kg) of ganja, estimated to be worth around ₹15 lakh in the black market, prompting registration of a case under the NDPS Act, as authorities intensify action against illegal drug cultivation and supply in the state.
