A tragic road accident claimed the lives of two motorcycle riders after they were hit by an unidentified vehicle in Jaleswar area of Balasore district. The mishap occurred near Ambapunj on State Highway 57.

According to preliminary information, both victims were residents of Bag village under Kamarda police station limits. The impact of the collision was severe, leading to their death on the spot.

Police reached the accident site soon after the incident and have started an investigation to identify the vehicle involved and ascertain the exact cause of the crash.
