Transport Minister Bibhuti Bhushan Jena has issued a strong warning that vehicle Registration Certificates (RC) may be cancelled if valid PUCC (Pollution Under Control Certificate) and fitness documents are not maintained. He stated that enforcement and PUCC checks will be further intensified across the state.
