Transgender Person Murdered in Bhubaneswar Outskirts, Police Probe Intensifies

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଉପକଣ୍ଠ ସିଫା ଅଂଚଳରେ କିନ୍ନରଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା ଘଟଣା। କିନ୍ନର ଅଂଜଳି ଓରଫ ସୋନା ହତ୍ୟା ମାମଲାର ତନାଘନା କରୁଛି ପୋଲିସ। ହତ୍ୟାକାଣ୍ଡରେ ୨ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଥିବା ସନ୍ଦେହ କରୁଛି ପୋଲିସ।

Police are intensifying the investigation into the murder of transgender person Anjali alias Sona in the Sifa area on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. Pipili police suspect the involvement of more than two persons in the crime and have already questioned over 10 individuals. CCTV footage from multiple locations is being examined, including cameras from Uttara Chhak to Bhubaneswar and Puri routes. Police are probing the case from two angles — a possible robbery attempt or a dispute within the transgender community. Even after two days, no breakthrough has been achieved in the case.
