ସମ୍ବଲପୁରରେ ଟୋକନ ସମସ୍ୟା ଓ ଧାନ କିଣା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରତିବାଦରେ ରାସ୍ତାକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଛି କୃଷକ ସଂଗଠନ। ତେବେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରତ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଥିଲେ ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ବିଧାୟକ ଜୟନାରାୟଣ ମିଶ୍ର। ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ସେ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ କହିଥିଲେ। ହେଲେ ଏଥିରେ ଚାଷୀମାନେ ରାଜି ହୋଇନାହାନ୍ତି ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଜୟନାରାୟଣ। ଏ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସେ ଆଉଥରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବେ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଟୋକନ ସିଷ୍ଟମ ବିଜେଡି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲା। ତେଣୁ ଏବେ ସେ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ସରକାରକୁ ବଦନାମ ନକରୁ ବୋଲି କହି ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
