୫ଦିନରେ ଛଞ୍ଚାଣ ଉଡ଼ିଲା ୫ହଜାର ୪ଶହ କିମି । 'ଏମୁର ଫାଲକନ୍' ବା ଛଞ୍ଚାଣ ଏଭଳି ଦୁଃସାହସିକ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିଛି । ଏହି ଦୁଃସାହସିକ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ସାମିଲ ଥିଲେ ତିନି ଛଞ୍ଚାଣ । ଏହି ତିନିଟି ଛଞ୍ଚାଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛି ଗୋଟିଏ ପୁରୁଷ ଛଞ୍ଚାଣ ଯାହାର ନାଁ ଆପାପାଙ୍ଗ, ଅନ୍ୟ ଦୁଇ ମାଈ ଛଞ୍ଚାଣ ଯାହାର ନାଁ 'ଆଲଙ୍ଗ' ଓ 'ଆହୁ' । ମଣିପୁରରୁ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏହି ତିନି ଛଞ୍ଚାଣଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ବନ୍ୟାପ୍ରାଣୀ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଯନ୍ତ୍ରାଂଶ ଖଞ୍ଜା ଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ଛଞ୍ଚାଣ ମାନେ ମଣିପୁରରୁ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ସୋମାଲିଆରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛନ୍ତି।

In an extraordinary wildlife journey, three Amur Falcons—Apapang, Alang, and Ahu—have travelled nearly 5,400 kilometres in just 5 days. Their migration began in Manipur, where wildlife experts had fitted each bird with tracking devices to study their long-distance movement. The birds have now successfully reached Somalia after completing this daring migration over land and sea.

Experts say the tracking exercise helps in understanding the migration behaviour of these special raptors, known globally for their exceptional endurance.
