ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଧାୟକ ଅନନ୍ତ ନାରାୟଣ ଜେନାଙ୍କୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମ ଝଟକା । ଅନନ୍ତଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ଖାରଜ ହୋଇଛି | ତାଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଦାୟର ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ମାମଲାକୁ ବିନା ଶୁଣାଣିରେ ଖାରଜ କରିବାକୁ ନେଇ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଦେଇଥିବା ରାୟ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ କାଏମ ରହିଛି। ବିଧାୟକ ଅନନ୍ତ ଜେନାଙ୍କ ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ଅସିଦ୍ଧ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବା ସହ ସାନି ନିର୍ବାଚନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପରାଜିତ ବିଜେପି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକ ଗୋରାଚନ୍ଦ ମଙ୍ଗରାଜ ଦୁଇଟି ପୃଥକ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମାମଲା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିଲେ ।

The Supreme Court has dismissed the petition filed by Ananta Narayan Jena, MLA from Bhubaneswar (Central), delivering a sharp setback to his legal challenge over the recent assembly election. The challenge was part of a larger electoral dispute mounted by Jagannath Pradhan and Gorachanda Mangaraj, who had sought a fresh election following narrow margins.
