ସୂଦାନ ଗୃହଯୁଦ୍ଧର ଘମାଘୋଟ ଲଢେଇ ଭିତରେ ଜୀବନ ମୃତ୍ୟୁକୁ ଅତି ପାଖରୁ ଦେଖିଥିଲେ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଆଦର୍ଶ ବେହେରା । ଏପରିକି ସ୍ବାମୀ ଘରକୁ ଫେରିବେ କି ନାହିଁ ତାକୁ ନେଇ ଯଦିଓ ମନରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଥିଲା ତେବେ ବେଳେବେଳେ ପତ୍ନୀ ସସ୍ମିତାଙ୍କ ମନରେ ପାପ ଛୁଉଁଥିଲା। ଜେଲରେ ଥିବା ସ୍ବାମୀ ସହ ମାତ୍ର କିଛି ମିନିଟ କଥା ହେଉଥିଲେ ଆଉ କେଇ ପଦ କଥାରେ ଦମ୍ଭ ଧରି ଆଗକୁ ବଢୁଥିଲେ। ସୁଦାନ ଗୃହବନ୍ଦୀରୁ ମୁକୁଳିଥିବା ଜଗତସିଂହପୁରର ଆଦର୍ଶଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ପତ୍ନୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଆଉ ସ୍ବାମୀଙ୍କୁ ବାହାରକୁ ଛାଡିବି ନାହିଁ।

After a long wait of nearly three years marked by uncertainty, fear, and unwavering faith, Sasmita was finally reunited with her husband, Adarsha Behera of Jagatsinghpur district, who had been held captive amid the civil war in Sudan.The reunion brought emotional relief to the family, with Sasmita describing the moment as the end of an exhausting journey of patience and hope. “Now that I have him back, I will never let him go again,” she said, holding back tears.
