A major controversy has erupted in Karnataka after an obscene video allegedly showing IPS officer K. Ramachandra Rao, a DGP-rank official, went viral on social media. The video, reportedly filmed inside a police office, shows the officer in uniform engaging in inappropriate acts with a woman officer. Following the circulation of the video, the Karnataka government suspended the officer and sought an investigation report from the Home Department. The Chief Minister has taken note of the incident, and a formal probe has begun.
