A shocking incident has surfaced from Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC), Shimla, where a senior resident doctor was allegedly seen assaulting a bedridden patient on a hospital bed. The disturbing visuals, which have now gone viral, show doctor Raghav Narola allegedly removing the oxygen mask and physically attacking patient Arjun Panwar, leaving him bleeding from the nose.
