In a shocking incident in Nuapada Press Colony of Cuttack, a minor argument during a feast turned fatal after a youth allegedly shot his friend dead. The deceased has been identified as Rinku alias Soumya Ranjan Jena, a well-known tennis ball cricketer in the area. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon inside an abandoned quarters where around seven youths had gathered for a feast.
