ବାଣଫୁଟାରେ ଲାଗିଲା କଟକଣା । ଏ ବର୍ଷ ମନଇଚ୍ଛା ଫୁଟେଇ ପାରିବେନି ବାଣ । ଫୁଟେଇଲେ ବନ୍ଧା ହେବେ । ଦୀପାବଳି ଆସିଲେ ସପ୍ତାହେ ଆଗରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଏ ବାଣ ଫୁଟା । ଢୋ ଢା ଶବ୍ଦରେ ଫାଟିପଡେ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ । ଦୀପାବଳି ଦିନ ବି ସକାଳୁ ବାଣ ଫୁଟା ଚାଲିଥାଏ । ଦୀପ ଜାଳିବା ସହ ରାତିସାରା ଭଳିକି ଭଳି ବାଣ ଫୁଟାଇ ଖୁସି ମନାନ୍ତି ସମସ୍ତେ । ହେଲେ ଏ ବର୍ଷ ଆଉ ଦିନବେଳା କି ରାତିସାରା ଫୁଟିବନି ବାଣ । ଆସିଲା ସରକାରଙ୍କ କଟକଣା । ଏଥର ଦୀପାବଳିରେ କେବଳ କିଛି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧିଷ୍ଟ ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ବାଣ ଫୁଟିବ ।
The Odisha State Pollution Control Board has issued new restrictions on firecrackers for Diwali. People can burst firecrackers only between 7 PM and 9 PM.Crackers must not exceed 125 decibels in sound.
