ଦେଶରେ ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ଲାଗୁ ହେବ ୱାନ୍ ନେସନ ୱାନ୍ ପୋଲିସ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ପଲିସି । ସାରା ଦେଶର ପୋଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ଗୋଟିଏ ପ୍ରକାରର ରହିବ । ଭିନ୍ନ ଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଭିନ୍ନ ଭିନ୍ନ ପୋଲିସ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ଆଉ ରହିବ ନାହିଁ । ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସମେତ ୧୬ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ତଥ୍ୟ ମାଗିଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ।

The Ministry of Home Affairs is set to introduce the ‘One Nation, One Police Uniform’ policy across India. Soon, police personnel from all states and Union Territories will wear a standard uniform, replacing the diverse styles currently used in different regions.

The Centre has sought detailed inputs from 16 states and Union Territories, including Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, and West Bengal, to finalize the proposed design. Once implemented, the policy aims to promote a unified identity and discipline among police forces nationwide.
