Odisha Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mukesh Mahaling today introduced a significant bill in the Odisha Legislative Assembly to increase the salaries, allowances, and pensions of sitting ministers, MLAs, Speaker, Deputy Speaker, and former MLAs.

“The bill ensures a structured revision in remunerations for legislators and former officeholders, including pensions for retired MLAs,” sources in the Assembly stated
