On the second day of her Odisha visit, President Droupadi Murmu reached Jajpur and performed shraddha (Pindadaan) for ancestors at Biraja. She later visited Navagaya and attended the 12th convocation ceremony of Fakir Mohan University in Baleswar, where she awarded gold medals and doctorates to meritorious students. In the evening, she arrived in Puri and is staying at Lok Bhavan.
