The post-mortem report in the tragic KISS case confirms that a Class IX student at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) in Bhubaneswar died due to strangulation, not natural causes. Police investigations show that the accused students are all minors under 14 years of age, because of which questions are now being raised about what punishment the law provides for juvenile offenders involved in such a violent crime.
