Petition Filed at Human Rights Commission Naming Achyuta Samant in KISS Murder Case

କିସ୍ ଛାତ୍ର ହତ୍ୟା ମାମଲାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର କମିଶନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଗତକାଲି ପିଟିସନ ଫାଇଲ୍ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମାନବାଧିକାର କର୍ମୀ ପ୍ରଦୀପ୍ତ ନାୟକ। ତେବେ ସେ ଏହି ହତ୍ୟାକାଣ୍ଡ ପାଇଁ ଅଚ୍ୟୁତ ସାମନ୍ତଙ୍କ ସମେତ କିମ୍ସର ଡାକ୍ତର ଓ ସେହି ପାଖରେ ଥିବା ଥାନାର ପୋଲିସକୁ ବି ଦାୟୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

A petition has been filed before the Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) by human rights worker Pradeepta Nayak in connection with the tragic KISS student murder case. In his plea, Nayak has held founder Achyuta Samant, doctors associated with the case, and the local police responsible for negligence and alleged suppression of facts surrounding the death of a Class IX student at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) in Bhubaneswar.
