A passenger travelling on our bus service has complained about the poor behaviour of the bus staff and the way the bus is being driven. The passenger said that when they boarded the bus, the driver applied sudden brakes, causing heavy jerks during the journey. They also criticised the bus staff’s behaviour, saying it is bad all the time, making travel uncomfortable and frustrating.
