In a tragic road accident near Brahmani Bridge on National Highway 53 under Kalinganagar Police Station limits in Jajpur district, a man and his wife lost their lives after being hit by an unidentified vehicle. Fortunately, their six-month-old son survived the mishap.

The deceased have been identified as Janmejaya Dalai and his wife Baishakhi Dalai, residents of the Pankapal area. The incident has left the locality in shock, with the survival of the infant being termed as fortunate amid the tragedy.
