On the second day of the Odisha Legislative Assembly’s budget session, strong uproar erupted from the opposition benches, disrupting proceedings. As soon as the House convened, opposition members staged a commotion on the floor, making it impossible for business to proceed. They even brought paddy bundles into the House and created a ruckus in protest.
