Kanana Mandal from Nayagarh died at Laxmipur CHC, Koraput after giving birth to a girl at a Rayagada private clinic. Clinic doctor Navakishor Kundu shifted her without informing husband Prabhunjan Mahanti, who alleges negligence in not referring to Berhampur/Visakhapatnam. Family blames doctor's neglect for death; doctor denies any lapses in treatment.
