ଏଣିକି ସହରୀ ଗରିବଙ୍କୁ ସରକାର ଦେବେ ଘର ଭଡ଼ା। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନସ୍ଥ ଅବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଘର ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଭଡ଼ା ସୂତ୍ରରେ ଦିଆଯିବ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ ଆବାସ ଯୋଜନା 2.0 ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସୁଲଭ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଭଡ଼ା ଘର ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବେ ସରକାର ।

Odisha to Provide Rental Homes for Urban Poor Under PMAY 2.0

To ease the burden of high house rents in cities, the Odisha government will provide affordable rental housing to urban poor, migrant workers, industrial employees, and working women using vacant government properties under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0. The Housing & Urban Development Department’s Additional Chief Secretary Usha Padhi has written to departments including Home, Agriculture, Energy, Finance, Food Supplies, Women & Child Development, Panchayati Raj, SC & ST, Health, and Cooperation to identify unused government houses. Rental homes will be offered in two models as per PMAY-U 2.0 operational guidelines, prioritizing migrant urban poor and working-class families.
