ସ୍କୁଲ ଡ୍ରପ୍ ଆଉଟକୁ ନେଇ ବିଧାନସଭାରୁ ସାଂଘାତିକ ଚିତ୍ର ଆସିବା ପରେ ବଢ଼ିଲା ଚିନ୍ତା। ଗୃହରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦେଇଥିବା ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ ୨୦୨୪-୨୫ ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷରେ, ୧୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ପିଲା ପାଠ ଛାଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି। ନବମ ଓ ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀରେ ସବୁଠୁ ଅଧିକ ପିଲା ଛାଡୁଛନ୍ତି ପାଠପଢା। ସେପଟେ ଏଥର ମାଟ୍ରିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ଫର୍ମପୂରଣ କରି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇନାହାନ୍ତି ୧୨ ହଜାର ପିଲା, ଯେଉଁଥିରୁ ଅନେକ ଦାଦନ ଖଟି ଯାଇଥିବା

Concern grows in Odisha as government data reveals that 15% of students dropped out during the 2024–25 academic year. The highest dropout rates are in classes IX and X. Around 12,000 students did not fill their matric (class 10) exam forms this year, with reports suggesting many have faced significant hardships.
