Odisha Health and Family Welfare Minister Mukesh Mahaling has responded to concerns raised by government doctors, saying that doctors in government jobs must follow service conduct rules but the state government has acted on doctors’ demands by constituting a committee to examine and address their issues. The minister said that after the government came to power, the doctors’ demands have not been ignored. The committee will review the demands, and solutions are expected through ongoing discussions among stakeholders.
