ଅଧ୍ୟାପକ ଉପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଅବସର ଛାଟ। ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଅଧ୍ୟାପକଙ୍କୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦକ୍ଷତା ଓ ଆଚରଣ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପାଇଁ କଡ଼ା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ଜାରି କରିଛି ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୩୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦାଖଲ ପାଇଁ କଲେଜ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ଚିଠି ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ଶିକ୍ଷା ମାନଦଣ୍ଡରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ସହ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଶୈଳୀର ସମୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାକୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଲଗାତାର ଖରାପ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଥିବା ଅଧ୍ୟାପକଙ୍କ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିବେ କଲେଜ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ।

The Odisha government has initiated a process to identify college lecturers for compulsory retirement under the Higher Education Department. Directions have been issued to assess lecturers based on their performance and conduct.

The Higher Education Department has released strict guidelines for evaluating efficiency and behaviour. College authorities have been instructed to submit detailed reports by January 31. The review aims to improve academic standards and work culture in higher education institutions.

As per the directive, college authorities will specifically review lecturers who have been showing consistently poor performance. Necessary steps have been advised to ensure quality improvement in teaching standards and institutional functioning.
