ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆହୁରି ସହଜରେ ରାଜସ୍ବ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଇବା ଲାଗି ‘ଆମ ସାଥୀ ହ୍ବାଟସଆପ୍ ଚାଟବଟ୍ର ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସିଏମ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ଜନସାଧାରଣ ଆଉ ତହସିଲ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ନ ଯାଇ ୯୪୩୭୨୯୨୦୦୦ ନମ୍ବରରେ ହ୍ବାଟସଆପ୍ ମେସେଜ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମ୍ୟୁଟେସନ୍ କେସ୍, ବାସିନ୍ଦା ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର, ଜାତି ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର, ଆୟ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଭଳି ୧୧ଟି ସେବା ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟ ପାଇପାରିବେ।

Odisha CM Launches AmaSathi WhatsApp Chatbot for Revenue Services

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi launched the 'AmaSathi' WhatsApp chatbot to provide easy access to revenue services, adding 11 key ones like mutation cases, land type changes, residence/income/caste certificates, OBC/SEBC certificates, legal heir certificates, income & asset certificates, and guardian certificates. Citizens can apply and receive them via message on 9437292000 without visiting tehsil offices, saving time and cost. Future updates include direct grievance filing; previously, people had to travel to district HQs for land-related work, now streamlined for timely documents.
