ବିଧାନସଭା ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଦିନରେ ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କ ହୋହଲ୍ଲାରୁ ଚାଲିପାରିଲାନି ଗୃହ। ବାରମ୍ବାର ଗୃହରେ ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କ ହଟ୍ଟଗୋଳ ପରେ ଗୃହକୁ ଅପରାହ୍ଣ ୪ଟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୁଲତବି କରିଛନ୍ତି ବାଚସ୍ପତି। ଆଜି ଗୃହ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ଗୃହରେ ଧାନ ରଖି ହଟ୍ଟଗୋଳ କରିଥିଲେ ବିରୋଧୀ।

On Day 2 of Odisha Budget Session (Feb 18), BJD & Congress MLAs created massive uproar over paddy procurement & mandi issues from the start. They scattered paddy grains in the House, raised slogans, carried rice on heads (BJD MLA Romanch Ranjan Bishwal dramatically arrived with paddy on head), and placed grains on reporters' tables. Amid continuous halla & hangama, Speaker adjourned House first till 11:30 AM, then again till 4 PM in afternoon. Motion of thanks to Governor's address debate scheduled for today & tomorrow disrupted.
