Life remains extremely difficult for residents of Kutuniganda village in Dharakote Block of Ganjam district, as the area continues to remain inaccessible. The village has no proper road connectivity or school, forcing people to struggle daily for basic needs.

Villagers say they have to cross hills just to reach a hospital for medical treatment. Lack of infrastructure has turned everyday life into a constant ordeal for the locals.
