ସକାଳ ୯ ହେଉ ଅବା ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ୬ ବାଜିଲେ ରାଜଧାନୀର ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତବହୁଳ ପଳାଶୁଣି-ରସୁଲଗଡ଼ ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଯିବାକୁ ଡର ଲାଗୁଛି, ଆଗକୁ ଆଉ ସେଠି ଟ୍ରାଫିକ୍ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣାରେ କଲବଲ ହେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବନି। କାରଣ ପଥଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷା ଲାଗି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ-ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଷ୍ଟାଇଲରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ ସ୍କାଏ-ୱାକ୍। ଯେଉଁଥିରେ କେବଳ ପଥଚାରୀ ଚାଲି ଚାଲି ଯିବେ। ତଳେ ଚାଲିବ ଗାଡ଼ି ମୋଟର। ସେ ରାସ୍ତା ବି ସିକ୍ସ ଲେନ୍ ହେବ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି ଏନଏଚଆଇ। ଏସବୁ ଭିତରେ ଆମେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖାଇବୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ କେମିତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇଛି ସ୍କାଏ-ୱାକ୍

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced the construction of a 500‑metre skywalk on NH‑16 connecting Palasuni and Rasulgarh in the capital city of Bhubaneswar. This elevated pedestrian corridor is being built over one of the busiest stretches of highway to provide a safe walking route for pedestrians while reducing traffic congestion on the ground.
