ଦେଶରେ ସରଳ ଓ ସୁଗମ ହେବ ଶ୍ରମ ଆଇନ। କାରଣ ୪ଟି ଶ୍ରମ ସଂହିତା ଲାଗୁ କଲେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର। ମଜରୀ ସଂହିତା-୨୦୧୯, ଶିଳ୍ପ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ସଂହିତା-୨୦୨୦, ସାମାଜିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସଂହିତା-୨୦୨୦ ଏବଂ ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ ନିରାପତ୍ତା, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଏବଂ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସଂହିତା-୨୦୨୦ - କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହା ୨୯ଟି ପ୍ରଚଳିତ ଶ୍ରମ ଆଇନକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବ। ଏଣିକି ସ୍ଥିର- ଅବଧି କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଭଳି ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର ସମାନ ସୁବିଧା ମିଳିବ। ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ବଦଳରେ ମାତ୍ର ଗୋଟିଏ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଗ୍ରାଚ୍ୟୁଇଟି ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହୋଇପାରିବେ। ସ୍ଥାୟୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଭଳି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାନ ଦରମା, ଆୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଏବଂ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ମିଳିବ। ଆଧାର-ଲିଙ୍କ୍ ହୋଇଥିବା ୟୁନିଭର୍ସାଲ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ନମ୍ବର ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ କଲ୍ୟାଣମୂଳକ ଲାଭଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସହଜରେ ମିଳିଯିବ।

The Indian Government has implemented four major labour codes — the Wage Code-2019, Industrial Relations Code-2020, Social Security Code-2020, and Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code-2020 — replacing 29 older labour laws. The reform promises simpler rules and stronger protection for both fixed-term and permanent employees.
