Morning schools will not function on Saturdays in Ganjam district due to severe cold conditions. The District Education Officer (DEO) has issued instructions directing all schools in the district not to hold early morning classes on Saturdays.

According to the directive, schools will operate like normal days on Saturdays, with students required to report to school from 10 AM onwards. The DEO has communicated this decision through a written notice sent to all schools across the district.
