ବଦଳିବ MGNREGA । ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧି ଜାତୀୟ ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ରୋଜଗାର ଯୋଜନା ବଦଳରେ ସଂସଦରେ ଆସିଲା ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ ଗ୍ୟାରେଣ୍ଟି ଫର ରୋଜଗାର ଆଣ୍ଡ ଆଜୀବିକା ମିଶନ ବିଲ୍ । ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ ୨୦୪୭ର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ବିଲ VBGRAMG ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ବୋଲି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ତେବେ ନୂଆ ବିଲ୍ VBGRAMGରେ ୧୦୦ ଦିନ କାମ ବଦଳରେ ୧୨୫ ଦିନ କାମ ଦେବାକୁ ଗ୍ୟାରେଣ୍ଟି ଦିଆଯିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରହିଛି । କାମ ସରିବାର ସପ୍ତାହେ କିମ୍ବା ୧୫ ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କୁ ମଜୁରି ଦିଆଯିବ। MGNREGA ଯୋଜନାର ନାଁ ବଦଳାଇ ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧିଙ୍କ ନାଁ ହଟାଇବାକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠାଇଛି କଂଗ୍ରେସ । ନାଁ ବଦଳାଇବା ଯୋଗୁ କାଗଜପତ୍ର କାମରେ ଅନେକ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ । ଯୋଜନାର ନାଁ ଦଳାଇଇବାକୁ ବିରୋଧ ସହ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛି କଂଗ୍ରେସ।

The MGNREGA scheme is set to undergo a major change, with the government introducing the Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Employment and Livelihood Mission Bill in Parliament. The proposed bill aims to support the goals of Viksit Bharat 2047 and replace the existing Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.

According to the proposal, under the new VB G RAM G framework, the guaranteed employment period will increase from 100 days to 125 days. The bill also assures that workers’ wages will be paid within one week or up to 15 days after completion of work.
