ବଦଳିପାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ପାଣିପାଗ । ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଲଘୁଚାପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି । ଏନେଇ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଲଘୁଚାପର ଗତି ଓ ପ୍ରଭାବ ନେଇ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇନାହିଁ । ଭାରତ ମହାସାଗର ଓ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପୂର୍ବ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଏକ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ଲଘୁଚାପ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବା ପରେ ଏହା ପଶ୍ଚିମ-ଉତ୍ତର ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗକୁ ଗତି କରିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି । ଏନେଇ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୧୫ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ୟେଲୋ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି । ଏହା ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୩ ତାରିଖରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର କେତେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବିଜୁଳି ଘଡଘଡି ସହ ହାଲୁକାରୁ ମଧ୍ୟମ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି ।

Weather conditions in Odisha may change as a cyclonic circulation over the Indian Ocean and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into a low-pressure area within the next 24 hours, informed the India Meteorological Department through its Bhubaneswar centre.

Though the exact movement and impact of the system remain unclear, it is expected to move west-northwestwards after formation. A Yellow Warning has been issued for 15 districts, forecasting light to moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning from the 23rd.
