Bhubaneswar's Commissionerate Police arrested a 17-year-old juvenile in the daylight robbery at a jewellery shop in Kalinga Vihar under Tamando police limits. The first-time offender used pepper spray on the lone salesman to loot gold ornaments worth around ₹6 lakh on Tuesday afternoon, captured on CCTV in a cinematic escape style.
